1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Faith Bible Institute learning management platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for enrolled students, instructors, and administrators of Faith Bible Institute. Access is granted only to individuals with valid, invite-only accounts.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify the school administrator immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to keep credentials secure.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others.
• Submit test work that is not your own (academic dishonesty).
• Attempt to access other users' data or interfere with platform operations.
• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Use the Platform for any purpose other than your coursework at Faith Bible Institute.

5. Course Content and Intellectual Property

All course materials, tests, and content provided through the Platform are the intellectual property of Faith Bible Institute and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written permission.

6. Grades and Academic Records

Grades and transcripts generated on the Platform represent your academic record. Final grades are subject to instructor review and may be adjusted at the instructor's discretion. The Platform is a tool to support instruction and does not replace instructor judgment.

7. SMS Communications (Administrator Only)

SMS notifications are sent only to the school administrator who has explicitly opted in. Message and data rates may apply. The administrator may opt out at any time through the Notifications settings page. See our SMS Consent Policy for full details.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for any loss of data or disruption to your coursework caused by technical issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faith Bible Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where Faith Bible Institute operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
